We understand that choosing to undergo plastic surgery is a significant decision, filled with questions and considerations. Below, you'll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions, designed to ease your concerns and provide clarity on what to expect when entrusting your care to us.

We are located at 1260 116th Ave NE Ste 100 Bellevue, WA 98004. We are in the medical corridor in Bellevue, WA, right across the street from Overlake Medical Center. There is an eye doctor on the left and a holistic medicine practice on the right as you enter the business area. We are on the second floor of the last building on the left.

For certain GPS systems, it’s better to give the building name (Bel-Red) than it is to give the business name.

  • Surgery > determined after an in-person consultation
  • A health questionnaire intake form is required to be completed prior to your appointment, and an invite will be texted to you from our electronic health records
    system.
  • If it is a reconstructive surgical consultation, they need to bring their medical insurance card and government issued ID. For Botox appointments, the only thing that is required is the Groupon voucher or a screenshot of the deal. Any injectable appointments don’t need insurance, only the voucher and a method of payment.
  • Dr. Day is a licensed plastic surgeon with a craniofacial surgery specialty. He does various kinds of procedures, from aesthetic procedures to facial reconstruction.
    Pacific Sound Plastic Surgery offers a range of non-invasive, minimally-invasive, and surgical procedures of the face, breast, and body.
  • Dr. Day does his own Botox and filler injections and all other procedures
  • Yes, patients can reschedule for a different time for no cost, as long as they don’t change the day. Rescheduling fees are applicable for appointments that are moved with less than 48 business hours notice.
  • There is a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50 if done with less than 48 business hours’ notice. Patients have two business days to cancel and reschedule.
  • If a patient wants to reschedule a time, not a day, then there is no rescheduling fee required.
  • If you are ill your fee may be waived if you email a photo of a positive Covid test; otherwise, the $50 fee is required to offset no-show costs and keep services more affordable
  • It is recommended that 60-64 units be used for the full face, allocating 20 units per area of the face. These approximations include both sides of the face.
    • 20 units for the forehead
    • 24 units for the lateral canthal lines
    • 20 units for Glabellar lines (between eyebrows)
  • $10/unit for Botox
